Delete Your Account
If you would like to request the deletion of your customer account and associated personal information, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact Us
Send us an email at support@graphiby.com or submit your request through our Contact Us page.
2. Information to Include
Please send your request using the email address associated with your customer account and include the following:
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• “Delete Account Request” in the subject line
3. Account Verification
To protect your account and personal information, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
4. Processing Your Request
Once your identity has been verified, we will process your account deletion request as soon as reasonably possible. We may contact you if we require any additional information.
5. What Happens After Deletion
Once your request has been processed, your customer account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements.
